Glutathione-Agarose (Aff matrix)

Antigen	Glutathione attached using at 12 atom spacer and via the sulfur to epoxy activated 4% crosslinked agarose beads. It contains 10-20 umol glutathione/ml of beads. Binding capacity is ~5-10 mg GST. See the procedure below. It is provided as 1 ml beads in a buffer containing 05% azide as preservative in an appropriate chromatography column. It can be used for affinity purification. Store agarose column at 4oC
