SpCrossreactivityThe 16-aa mouse ERB11 immunogenic peptide shows 100% homology with the rat ER¿1/ER¿1¿3, and 87% with human ER¿1 and its variant ER¿3. The ERB11 sequence is also found in rat ER¿2 and its variant ER¿2¿3 (3). It is not clear, at present, if all of these ER¿ isoforms can be seen and distinguished by this antibody because of very small size differences in various ER¿ isoforms. Actual crossreactivity of antibodies in all species is not established.
