SpCrossreactivityThis kit is specific to human gAcrp30 and does not show any significant reactivity with full length human Acrp30/adipnectin other human serum proteins. Species cross reactivity was tested with the following animal serum (gAcrp30 or Acrp30) at no dilution: Monkey, Rat and Mouse serums all had less than 1% cross reactivity. Human and Mouse full length Acrp30/Adiponectin also showed less than 1% crossreactivity at 50ng/ml.
